Why does my car clunk over bumps?+
A clunk over bumps usually means a worn suspension part — often a ball joint, tie rod or strut. We inspect the front end and tell you exactly which part is causing the noise.
Do worn shocks really affect safety?+
Yes. Worn shocks increase stopping distance, make the car harder to control in a turn and wear your tires unevenly. They're not just about comfort.
