JCo Auto is an owner-operated car repair and maintenance shop at 347 39 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 1X5. This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and how we use and protect it.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you provide it), your vehicle details (year, make and model), the service you're asking about, your message, and how you'd like to be contacted.
When you book an appointment through our online calendar, the booking details you enter — such as your name, contact information and the appointment time — are collected to schedule your visit.
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, schedule and carry out your service, and communicate with you about your car. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your permission.
Where your information is stored
Contact form submissions and booking details are stored in our customer relationship management system and calendar. These are third-party services we use to run our business, and they process your information on our behalf to deliver the service you requested.
We don't sell your information
JCo Auto does not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the services we need to respond to your request and schedule your appointment.
Your rights
