Frequently asked questions

How do I know my brakes need repair?+

Listen and feel. Grinding, squealing, a soft pedal, pulling or a vibration are all signs your brakes need attention. The sooner you bring it in, the cheaper it usually is.

Can I drive with a squealing brake?+

A squeal often means the pads are getting low. It's safe to drive carefully to the shop, but don't wait — once it turns to grinding, you're damaging the rotors and the repair costs more.
